Warranty
At ARISING JEWELLERY, we stand by the quality of our pieces. All jewellery purchased from our online store comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects only and does not apply to accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear (including scratches, tarnishing, fading, or stretching).
What’s Covered
- Broken clasps or closures due to faulty construction
- Loose charms or hardware due to poor attachment
- Faulty threading or faulty jump rings on arrival
What’s Not Covered
- General wear and tear over time
- Tarnishing, fading or discolouration (especially on gold-plated or sterling silver pieces if exposed to water, perfume or creams)
- Damage from improper storage, cleaning, or chemical exposure
- Resizing or repair work by another jeweller
If another party modifies or repairs your item, the warranty will no longer apply.
Materials & Care
We use a mix of materials in our designs:
- Stainless Steel: Most of our stainless steel pieces are water-resistant and ideal for everyday wear, but we still recommend removing them before swimming in salt water or chlorinated pools to extend their shine.
- Gold-Plated Brass: These pieces are more delicate and prone to fading over time, especially when exposed to water, lotions, perfumes or sweat.
- Sterling Silver: Naturally tarnishes over time, but can be polished back to brightness with a silver cloth.
- Custom Thread Bracelets & Chokers: Made with durable nylon or cotton cord, but best kept dry and removed before showering or sleeping.
To keep your jewellery looking its best:
- Avoid harsh chemicals, water, and perfume where possible
- Store in a dry, cool place — ideally in a soft pouch or box
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth

Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at arisingjewellery@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.In most cases, we’ll ask you to return the item for inspection. If it's deemed faulty, we’ll offer you a replacement, repair, or store credit.If your item was purchased through one of our stockists or at the market, please return it directly to them with your proof of purchase.
