1. Where’s your jewellery made?

Crafted with care in our creative space, where meaning and materials come together.

2. Do you ship outside Australia?

Not yet, we currently ship Australia-wide only.

3. Are your bracelets and necklaces waterproof?

Most of our pieces are made from high quality stainless steel, which is waterproof and perfect for everyday wear, including in the shower, at the beach or during a workout.Some of our designs include gold plated brass or sterling silver, which are not fully waterproof and should be kept dry to preserve their shine and finish.We always recommend checking the product description for material details and care instructions to keep your jewellery looking its best.

4. What materials do you use?

We use a mix of high quality materials including stainless steel, gold plated brass and 925 sterling silver.Most of our pieces are made with stainless steel for its durability and waterproof properties, making it perfect for everyday wear.Our gold plated and sterling silver designs bring a delicate, elevated touch and are ideal for special moments.All materials are chosen with care for their beauty, comfort and long lasting quality.

5. How do I care for my jewellery?
  • Stainless steel: Wear anywhere – shower, surf, repeat. Wipe gently after.
  • Gold-plated brass: Remove before water, sweat, or perfume. Store in a pouch.
  • Sterling silver: Keep dry, polish with a silver cloth, and store safely.
6. Can I adjust the jewellery size?

Yes, all of our necklaces and bracelets are fully adjustable to ensure a comfortable and perfect fit for every wrist and neckline.

7. Do you offer gift packaging?

Every order comes in our signature packaging, ready for gifting.

8. How long does delivery take?

2–5 business days across Australia. Quick enough for a treat… or a last-minute gift.

9. Can I return or exchange something?

Yes, returns or exchanges within 14 days. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

10. Can I request a custom piece?

Absolutely! Head to the ‘Customise’ section on our website, pick your chain or hoops, and choose your charms. Then let us know the order you’d like them in, from left to right.
