Returns
You may lodge a return within 30 days of your purchase date.
Full-priced items that are unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging can be returned for either a refund or a credit voucher.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings.
Sale items are not eligible for return due to change of mind. The only exception is for a different ring size, where a credit voucher will be issued. Returns are accepted on full-priced items purchased during a storewide promotion.
Engraved or personalised jewellery is final sale and cannot be returned once customised.
If your purchase meets the above conditions, please have your order number ready and complete the return form below. Parcels must be taken to your local post office, where an official shipping label can be issued.
Return postage costs, customs charges, government taxes and duties (domestic and international) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the goods are faulty.
Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 5 business days.
