This website is owned and operated by ARISING JEWELLERY (“we”, “us”, “our”). All jewellery sold on this site is made from stainless steel, sterling silver, or gold-plated materials as described in each product listing.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, size, or finish may occur due to photography, screen settings, or natural variations in materials.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods.

5. Shipping

We deliver within Australia only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for faulty goods. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

7. Warranty

Our jewellery is covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website.
